The new interactive website Climate Hot Map, sponsored by the Union of Concerned Scientists, shows global warming effects around the world. It gives some temperature information, but also looks at effects on fresh water and oceans, and on human health and food production.
Dairy production in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, is one of the case studies marked on the map. It’s good to see Northeastern animal agriculture featured, even if the outlook isn’t so good.
